A new addition to our Fall menu is our Roasted Moulard Duck Breast. 🦆Often referred to as ‘the ribeye of the sky’, this beautifully meaty duck has steak overtones. We roast the breast in a copper pan until medium rare, and serve it with duck fat-roasted figs and a drizzle of saba, a sour-sweet grape syrup. Ideal for sharing, order this dish for the table, paired with our Duck Fat Rösti Potato with onion and sour cream.

The story goes that our Executive Chef , and Founder .brown, are long-time friends and colleagues, and are coming together to host their first collaboration dinner at Monterey.

Join us for an exclusive evening, featuring a seven-course tasting menu, with dishes inspired by both Monterey’s modern American, and Win Son’s Taiwanese-American, cuisine.
