🇵🇪 PERU IS COMING TO MONTCLAIR! 🔥
We’re excited to announce that Surfish Bistro & INKAICO Peruvian Kitchen will both be part of Perú Fusion Festival 2026!
On Saturday, October 10, Peruvian chefs, restaurants, pisco producers and food lovers from around the tri-state area will come together at 18 Label Studios in Montclair, NJ for an afternoon celebrating what makes our cuisine so special.
For us, bringing both of our kitchens makes this one even more exciting.
Surfish — 15 years of cooking Peruvian food in Brooklyn, with that relaxed neighborhood spirit, fresh seafood and the flavors that have been part of our story from the beginning.
INKAICO — our newer chapter. A little more modern, playful and adventurous, taking those same Peruvian roots and seeing where we can push them next.
Two kitchens. Two personalities. Same Peruvian roots. 🇵🇪❤️
And that’s really what fusion means to us — respecting where the food comes from while allowing it to keep evolving.
