An Iconic New Special Drops this Wednesday!
We have RYAN BARTLOW ’s famous Bikini Hemingway on the menu for a limited time in celebration of his new incredible cookbook Essentially Basque-
A traditional Catalan “bikini” is a popular Spanish pressed, toasted sandwich typically made with ham and cheese. It is Spain’s local answer to the French croque-monsieur.
In 1953, the Sala Bikini nightclub opened in Barcelona, Spain. Named after the famous Paris fashion scandal of the newly invented bikini swimsuit.
Made with Pan de cristal from Spain, Melted Mahón cheese (a traditional cow’s milk cheese from Menorca), shrimp & txistorra (a spicy, quick-cured Basque sausage) it’s basically the best grilled cheese you’ll ever eat. Finished with Olive oil, orange blossom honey & maldon salt for the truly perfect bite.

The Amber Waves Eggplant Schnitzel Sandwich in all its glory.
Frenchette Bakery NYC bread, crispy fried Amber waves Farm peak season eggplant, Orange & Date mostarda, roasted crunchy almonds and a Curly purple lettuce salad with fresh mint and citrus vinaigrette. topped it a lot of shaved parm that melts right in.
It tasted like fall, goes to a great cause and is truly so delicious that we may try to keep it full time.

A lil sneak peek of R&D that’s about to hit the menu this week!
we are rounding out a completely wild summer with one that really matters! our friends at Amber Waves do a lot of incredible work for our local community as a teaching farm.
So, this is our Eggplant Schnitzel sandwich, with a Date & orange mostarda. TOASTED ALMONDS, Lemony Minty Citrusy Curly Lettuce Salad & a TON of the finest Parmigiano Reggiano. Perfectly wrapped up between Frenchette Bakery NYC bread.
Produce is exclusively from Amber Waves farm 100% of proceeds to go to the farm. Buy a sandwich, support our local farmers. Wednesday.
