A year of silence, and we're coming back with purple coffee. Feels right. 😄
This Iced Ube Latte has been one of our favourite things to make lately. Ube extract, espresso, oat milk, and ice. Ready in 5 minutes, naturally vegan, and honestly kind of impossible not to photograph before drinking.
We tested three milks to figure out what works best:
→ Coconut milk: richest, almost dessert-like
→ Oat milk: creamiest, most balanced
→ Almond milk: lightest, least sweet

Rediscovering the charm of the Bee House Ceramic Coffee Dripper reminded me why it's such a favorite among coffee lovers.
Its ceramic construction offers excellent heat retention, and even without a gooseneck kettle, it delivers a consistently great brew. However, it's worth noting that the dripper is a bit heavier and less flexible than other options.

I love eco-friendly, innovative inventions that bring convenience and care for the planet into our daily lives.
A new project in the world of coffee accessories has been introduced by the design team of Shenzhen Samore Design & Research Product Planning.
They've created unique paper coffee cups with lids and an unusual cup holder that stands out for its functionality and style. These items are made from renewable and biodegradable materials that are fully recyclable, although the specific composition is being kept under wraps for now.
A key feature of these cups is the cup holder named "Accordion." Its multifunctionality is evident in its accordion-like design, which allows the holder to be easily stretched and folded. This is particularly convenient when carrying multiple cups with one hand, eliminating the need for an extra tray or bag. This design also improves the thermal insulation properties of the cup, helping to keep the beverage hot much longer.
This project has been awarded the iF Design Award 2024 in the categories of "Professional Concepts" and "Packaging Concepts." Although sales have not started yet and the development process continues in secrecy, it can confidently be said that the "Accordion" has every chance to become a real breakthrough in the packaging and coffee accessory industry.
