Spring is finally here! 🌷🐣. And what better way to celebrate them with a beautiful light dessert like tiramisu.
My mother-in-law‘s birthday was a couple days ago and this is her favorite dessert. I had some beautiful edible flowers from the Union Sq farmers market and decided to make her a beautiful birthday treat.
I hope you enjoy this video like and follow if you want to see more.

Tomato soup & grilled cheese… nostalgia always hits.
I taught myself this watching Food Network as a kid—trying to take something basic, humble, familiar… and make it feel like mine.
Still using cans, but San Marzano tomatoes instead of Campbell’s. Still grilled cheese, but now it’s sourdough, French butter, and layers of sharp cheddar, fontina, and Gruyère.
Garlic, onions, herbs—let it build.
Bresaola tucked in, mayo on the bread for that perfect crisp, yogurt to finish.
Same comfort… just elevated with what I had—and what I know now.

This deserved way more shine. 🇧🇿✨
Marie Sharp made the Forbes 50 Over 50 list — global recognition, and we barely talked about it.
We celebrate culture loud… but let’s celebrate our builders, thinkers, and entrepreneurs just as loud. This is what legacy looks like. 🔥🇧🇿🌶️✊🏽👩🏽🍳🇧🇿

🔥 Big chef moves! Chef Kwame Onwuachi just signed with WME — and that’s a huge win for the culture.
This is what happens when Caribbean and diaspora chefs step up, tell their story, and build beyond the kitchen. 🌍✨
If you’re a young chef on the come-up, this one’s for you — your food is your brand, and representation can change the game.

☀️ Summer isn’t over till we say it is.
Welcome to The Great Summer Sendoff — my end-of-season love letter to herbs, tomatoes, peaches, corn, and berries. 🍑🍅🌽🍓
Think sexy pestos, tomato glow-ups, stone fruit jams, corn magic, and berry sweet finales. We’re talking recipes you’ll actually use, preservation hacks to carry flavors into fall, and the nerdy food history that makes you sound smart at dinner parties.
This isn’t just cooking. It’s celebrating the moment — those perfect bites of late summer that deserve a spotlight before the leaves start to fall.
✨ Stay tuned. The party’s just getting started.
