Insomnia Cookies is a food delivery service and ice cream parlor located on Pearl Street. From the subway station on Pearl Street, head South on Pearl St. towards Coenties Alley. Turn left onto Coenties Alley and then turn right onto Water St. The destination will be on your right.
For those arriving by car, take the FDR Drive to Exit 3 toward South Street/Manhattan Bridge. Keep right at the fork and merge onto South Street. Turn right onto Pike Slip and then turn left onto Pearl St. The destination will be on your left.
There is street parking available around the area but it can be limited, so it's recommended to use a nearby parking garage or lot such as Icon Parking or Quik Park Water Garage.
Alternatively, take the M15 bus and exit at Water St./Peck Slip stop which is just across the street from the destination.
